Tek-Almighty April 20, 2006 Share Tek-Almighty Member April 20, 2006 Couple things wrong with that...(family in law enforcement): 1) Unarmed (apparently) man, with a big cop on top keeping in submission, already, with one arm behind back...ergo, no need for finger on trigger. 2) See previous rationale...therefore NO NEED to point firearm in "ready," should have firearm in "guard" pointed at ground, but ready to raise.
