We should just find out how many people would be down, say 30 people hypothetically. Then you choose 3 captains. Then they each go through rounds choosing the rest of their team. Kickball style. Imagine how highly unlikely it is to get 20 people together online at once. Work/school/other life events will make it nearly impossibly for 2 teams of 10 to gather.
