Me too...28% with AWP but I dont spam much with Scout-->43%

I dont spam a whole lot. I do spam some especially with scout since I dont zoom But unfortunately Im playing usually with a 90-100 ping since Im in seattle. I dont get the nice ~30 ping that a lot of you mid westerners get.
