The pics show the usable area as a 32' x 30' space, plus an 'L' area that's about 8' x 18'. The upstairs is pictured also, it's 50' long and somewhere around 14' wide, which would make a nice area for sleeping. Tents can be set up for those who won't climb the attic stairs pictured somewhere there. The other pics are just of their surroundings. Some other things to mention: 200 amp electric, the building has it's own supply b/c of the need required by welders AIR CONDITIONING!!! A pool Horseshoe pit Volleyball court (well this needs a net, but should have one by that time) Firepit My father in-law and brother in-law are electricians, so the place will be wired as needed. Anyway, we've talked of putting a deck on the upper back of the garage with a door into the upstairs there. Not sure if that'll happen by fragfest or not, but it's not ruled out yet.
