Specifically, I was developing mild insulin resistance from drinking way too much of the stuff. Glucose overload... and I'm not overweight at all. I could have hurt my vision, pancreas and wee wee. I'm currently doing 16+ hour days at work, so my drinks consist of the following: Water, Red Bull, Rockstar, Monster, Odwalla juices. My fave energy drink is Sobe Adrenaline Rush though.
