MrDuke May 22, 2008 Share MrDuke Member May 22, 2008 There were 3 complaints last year regarding the food. 1) no plates/forks/knives/napkins 2) pizzas were too big 3) there werent any 'healthy' options So... this year I'm thinking about: Friday night- Pizza. We'll place the order around 6pm. No word yet on who. We'll buy some paper plates & napkins. Sat lunch-Subway-- 12" for $5. Like last year we'll be keeping it simple. White/wheat, turkey/ham/roast beef, the cheese and condiments on the side. No toasting. Sat dinner: KFC-- great deal, great packaging. Breasts or legs, mashed potatoes & biscuits. $5 I'm open to suggestions, but make sure they're realistic. You'll fill out your menu selections and will pay for your selections when you register, same as last year. **edited as this gels** Friday Breakfast--on your own KFC: Friday, late afternoon: 2 breasts (or 4 wings), 2 potatoes and 2 biscuits for $4. I KNOW that's a better deal than last year. They deliver. Taco Bell: Friday night taco run: 3 tacos (hard or soft) for $2. I think that's an even better deal than last year. We make the run. Saturday Breakfast--on your own Subway: Lunchtime: 12" white or wheat... turkey/ham/roast beef... american or provolone... all condiments on the side. $5 per 12" sandwich. (The current $5 deal won't be around by FF). This is pending Dinner: Pizza 12" pepperoni : $5 Pizza Deluxe 12": $7 Wings: $5/10 *sauces pending. Ribs: $8/slab *sauces pending. We make the run.
