On my laptop I timeout on every ping until I start my VPN service for work that tunnels me into my corporate office under a new IP. Then I ping it at an average of 95ms. When I do a tracert I timeout after the 3rd hop. I have DL'd and tried Pingplotter and WinMTR and I get the same thing from those. I get a "no response from host" on the 4th ping.
