Am I really MIA?

 

after reading Bunnies post and her workout regimen...I have now discovered that she is more man than me.

word.

 

LOL!! She is the farest thing from a man possible.

 

Hahaha... The running thing is so hard... I have a bad lig in my left ankle, but after .6 miles it hurts... .8 numbish feeling. My sister just signed up for now I have a gym buddy it's fun teacher her how to use the weight lifting machines. But last tuesday... I in the gym for almost a couple hours. Ran a mile, crunches, and a billion different other ab exercises. Only used 110lbs on the machines aimed maily for my legs and lower body. 70lbs one of them forgotten the names of the machines. Just doing the set of 15, 12 and 10... Need to make a spread sheet. It was a fun day with my sister... I woke up the next day expecting to feel like crap, but suprisingly it wasn't that bad...

 

If it make you feel better I can hardly do 20lb for bicep curls... and yeah benching pressing is scarey... and just feels tooo weird.

 

I just need to eat betters... I had another candy bar today...er saturday.

Welp, I have to admit I've had a lazy last week....so I'm behind on my loss. The two week goal, being for today, would be 2.5 lbs for everyone. I'm only down 2.

 

LETS GET IT DONE!

Yea, that's the only time I weigh myself.

 

Ok, welp, I collided a couple worlds today in some compromise.

Now, granted, I can't be running 6 MPH like I like to, but I can speed walk between 2 and 4 MPH uphill and still play poker! At first I had the laptop right on that platform...it looked kewl, but it blocked the TV and also kinda shimmied while I walked....don't want to stress the hinges on the laptop.

 

So, I went with the above setup and played poker and did laundry for a couple hours....and did nearly 6 miles. :smiling2:
